It was just a few months back that we were congratulating the Statesboro team on the successful completion of “Shuck U” training. And it was almost exactly one year ago today that we wrote about our final review of the blueprints for this Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar & Sports Pub. But today we are proud to announce that our first Shuckin’ Shack in the state of Georgia AND our largest restaurant ever is NOW OPEN!
While this build-to-suit Shuckin’ Shack restaurant did encounter some delays due to the weather before their official public opening yesterday (January 7th), the finished product is nothing short of amazing. While our team typically recommends restaurant spaces between 2,200 and 3,000 square feet; This giant weighs in at 5,000 square feet! If you’re not traveling through Georgia at any point soon (Statesboro is just about an hour outside of Savannah), we’ve provided some action photos below from the test openings our teams held this past weekend!
While this is the Shuckin’ Shack restaurant in the state of Georgia, another location in Cumming, GA will be opening soon! We are also actively marketing for multi-unit franchise partners for the Atlanta marketplace.
